Laniado Nurse Delivers Preemie Mum and Babies 22 Years Apart

A special story from Laniado’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Meet Natali and Elchanan Yifrah, residents of Netanya.
Natali gave birth to premature twins in Laniado, her first pregnancy.
The tiny babies were born at week 36, two boys weighing 2.15kg and 1.73 kg. They have both been discharged and are both healthy and thriving.
Amazingly mum Natali was herself born prematurly in Laniado 22 years ago weighing 1.75kg. Senior Nurse Eti Littig, who helped deliver the babies was the same nurse who looked after Natali while she was hospitalised for a month in the maternity hospital 22 years ago.
We wish Natali and Elchanan a huge Mazel Tov and look forward to sharing much nachas!
