Today, Laniado Hospital's administration held a special recognition event to honour staff members who have served or are currently serving in the reserves since October 7th.

Dozens of men and women from various departments and units, who have been deployed across all combat sectors including the Gaza Strip, northern border, Judea, and Samaria, were invited to the event.

Rabbi Kalman Bar Shalita, Chief Rabbi of Netanya, attended and remarked, "Since the 7th, the Jewish people have grown closer, becoming more unified."

Nadav Chen, CEO of Laniado Hospital Israel, praised the staff's mobilisation at the front lines and their dedication to maintaining hospital operations and preparing for potential emergencies in the north. 

"Since the 7th, the Jewish people have grown closer, becoming more unified."

Prof. Zvi Shimoni, the hospital's medical director, and Rabbi Meir Belaz, director of Human Resources, highlighted the exceptional spirit and commitment of the reservists.

Dr. Aryeh Simmonds, director of Neonatal Intensive Care, spoke about the vital support provided by the hospital staff.

To recognise and appreciate their intensive efforts, a special shield with a personal dedication was awarded to all the reservists.
