IDF Soldier from UK treated at Laniado from combat wounds
Yaakov, a lone soldier from England, serving as a paratrooper, entered combat in Lebanon last week. A few days ago he was wounded by shrapnel in his arm, but continued to fight. This morning he left Lebanon and arrived directly to the Laniado Hospital, where he was treated by Dr. Glick, Dr. Vera and Dr. Sally Levy, the Orthopedists, the nursing team and the X-ray team.
A few days ago Yaakov was wounded by shrapnel in his arm, but continued to fight.
During his stay at the military headquarters, it became clear to the service coordination team that he was a lone soldier, and as a result received a great deal of pampering.
The story about the lone wounded soldier spread, and soon people came from all around to pamper him with plenty of food and snacks.
Yaakov was released home, equipped with treats, and thankful to the team and to Laniado. Next week he will return to fight in Lebanon.
