Laniado is currently supporting the community in the Sharon region of Israel. 

Among the injured being treated is an IDF soldier who was wounded by gunfire during the battle Urim, a kibbutz in the Negev area near the border of Gaza. 

Also a young girl who was injured at the massacre at the outdoor music festival in Kibbutz Re’im. She hid for six hours in a dustbin, along with her injured boyfriend who died in her arms during the long hours of hiding.
