A new report released by Israel’s Ministry of Health has ranked Laniado Hospital as the top medical centre in the country for patient experience, with an overall satisfaction score of 88%, the highest in Israel.

The national survey, conducted between November 2024 and March 2025, evaluated a broad range of service and satisfaction indicators among hospitalised patients and their family members. Criteria included physical environment and conditions, quality of information provided, staff attitude, discharge process, patient efforts to obtain assistance or information, responsiveness to questions and requests, and the overall sense of being “in good hands.”

Despite being conducted during the Iron Swords War, a period when many Laniado staff members were called to military reserve duty, the hospital achieved outstanding results across all departments.

Mr. Nadav Chen, CEO of Laniado Hospital, praised the staff for their exceptional performance

Compared to the previous national survey conducted in 2021, Laniado Hospital demonstrated a 6% improvement in overall patient experience, rising from 82% to 88%. The achievement reflects a comprehensive institutional effort led by the hospital’s Service and Patient Experience Unit.

Mr. Nadav Chen, CEO of Laniado Hospital, praised the staff for their exceptional performance:

“The vision of Laniado’s founder, the Klausenberger Rebbe, emphasises a holistic approach to patient care, one that integrates medical excellence with deep compassion for patients and their families. Our teams have continued this legacy with great dedication. I extend heartfelt thanks to all staff members for their commitment to service excellence.”
