Gynecology leading the way in medical insights
Doctors from the Gynecological and Maternity Service of Laniado Hospital have participated and contributed in a leading and reputable international conference amongst renowned specialists from Boston and New York on the treatment of cancerous tumors.
During the conference, delegates shared best-practice and learnt from emerging new research discoveries, looking at three specific cases that were presented: women suffering from cancer of the uterus, ovaries and tumors which have spread in the abdominal cavity. This is the first time that doctors from Laniado Hospital have participated in the conference in their own right.
